Our policies:

Cancellation & no shows

Due to our policy, all deposits (booking fees) are non-refundable and non transferrable. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to these terms.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment & no shows are required to pay reminder in full.
• Please note that being even 10 minutes late to some appointments can result in your appointment being cancelled and payment will be required. 
• ​If your appointment is under a month away and you wish to cancel, please message us to do so.

Children & extra guests:

Please respect that our salon is a child free salon! We do not have space to accommodate extra guests who are not booked in. Nor is a safe environment for children with chemicals and hot tools around the salon.

Patch tests

Please note that new clients or clients who haven't had a treatment in 6 months are required to have a patch test prior to appointment. 48hrs minimum prior to appointment for all chemical appointments. Please note that it is your responsibility to come for a patch test. Treatment can't be done without one. The salon is open Tuesday-Saturday so you can pop in at your convenience. If your appointment is on a Tuesday or Wednesday, please remember the salon operating days and that the latest you can get a patch test is Saturday.
